Travel Grants

Travel Grants applications are now closed. Notifications will be sent to the successful applicant by the end of July together with a reimbursement form. 
The travel grant is not transferable and should be claimed with ASN Events (Conference Secretariat) within 30 days after the conference. Please send your reimbursement form and any invoices (accommodation, flight, etc) to Daniela Sabolo.

ENSA TRAVEL GRANT

(2 per conference for 2018)

Application guidelines:

  • Must be an ENSA member for at least 2 years;
  • Must submit an abstract to the 2018 ENSA Annual Symposium
    OR
    Commit to writing an article article for inclusion in the ENSA newsletter, submit to secretary within 1 month of the meeting;
  • Members who have received a travel grant in one year are not eligible to apply for another travel grant in the following year (i.e. if you received a travel grant in 2017, you will next be eligible to apply for another until 2019); 
  • Complete the application form and send to Daniela Sabolo before Friday 29th June.

The Travel Grant amount of $500 will be awarded to up to 2 successful applicants. The funds can be used towards the recipient's registration, accommodation, flights or incidental expenses to attend the 2018 ENSA Annual Symposium.

AUSTRALIAN PITUITARY FOUNDATION TRAVEL GRANT

Australian Pituitary Foundation Travel Grant 

(2 per conference for 2018)

Application guidelines:

  • Must be an ENSA member for at least 2 years;
  • Must submit an abstract to the 2018 ENSA Annual Symposium
    OR
    Commit to writing an article on topic covered at the symposium or another topic of interest for inclusion in the APF newsletter, submit to secretary within 1 month of the meeting;
  • Members who have received a travel grant in one year are not eligible to apply for another travel grant in the following year (i.e. if you received a travel grant in 2017, you will next be eligible to apply for another until 2019); 
  • Complete the application form and send to Daniela Sabolo before Friday 29th June.

ENSA Awards

Several ENSA awards are gifted to delegates that present the best oral/poster at the 2018 ENSA Annual Symposium. Please see the full list of awards below.

MERCK NURSES IN ACTION AWARD
 

merck Merck Nurses in Action Award

The Best oral presentation at the 2018 ENSA Annual Symposium will receive financial support (up to $850) to attend the ENSA Annual Symposium in 2019. Claimable expense include: registration, accommodation, flights or incidental expenses up to $850.
Please note: The travel grant is not transferable and is claimable within 2 years only, to attend the ENSA Annual Symposium in 2019 or 2020. The travel grant is to be claimed with ASN Events (Conference Secretariat) within 30 days after attending the 2019 or 2020 ENSA Annual Symposium.

PFIZER NURSES INNOVATION AWARD
 

PfizerPfizer Nursing Innovation Award

The Best Poster/Oral Award for Nursing Innovation will receive a prize of $300.
